MIG Welder

We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder with strong fabrication skills to join our team in Biddeford, ME . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, can work independently, and has a sharp eye for detail. If you excel at reading blueprints, fabricating complex components, and producing high-quality welds, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components with precision and consistency Use blueprints, schematics, and fabrication drawings to build parts to exact specifications Measure, cut, form, and assemble metal components using fabrication tools and equipment Inspect completed welds and assemblies for accuracy and structural soundness Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project requirements are met

Desired Background/Skills:

Strong MIG welding experience (production or custom fabrication environment preferred) Exceptional blueprint reading ability — able to interpret complex layouts, measurements, and tolerances Proven fabrication experience: cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembling metal structures Ability to use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, squares, etc.) accurately Familiarity with fabrication shop tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
