Cleanroom Extrusion Operator

We are seeking a Cleanroom Extrusion Operator in Newington, NH to support fiber optic and polyethylene extrusion processes in a controlled cleanroom environment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, patient, and comfortable working with delicate materials in an inspection-heavy manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform machine operation and extrusion duties in a cleanroom environment
• Operate and continuously observe the extrusion of fiber optic cable lines
• Receive fiber bobbins by opening boxes, inspecting materials, racking, and properly storing inventory
• Set up and run extrusion lines by guiding fibers into payoffs and starting the line
• Extrude polyethylene products and perform molding, inspection, packing, and shipping tasks
• Inspect, clean, and bag polyethylene disks using isopropyl alcohol while following cleanroom and safety protocols
• Complete required documentation and maintain strict quality and cleanliness standards

Desired Background/Skills:

• Exceptional attention to detail — this is an inspection-heavy role
• Ability to work carefully and methodically with fragile fiber optic glass materials
• Comfortable following detailed procedures and cleanroom standards
• Ability and willingness to train on 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) before transitioning to 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM)
• Manufacturing, extrusion, or cleanroom experience is a plus but not required
