2nd Shift Automation Operator

CoWorx is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator in the New Bedford, MA area!
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Automation Operator to join our production team. In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge robotic metalizing equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, and are mechanically inclined, we’d love to hear from you!
Schedule: 3:30 PM – 12 AM Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor robotic metalizing equipment.
• Ensure proper metalizing coverage and identify any process changes.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
• Maintain consistent product quality and production standards.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience using microscopes (preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment
• Any additional technical or manufacturing experience is a plus
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic math skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
