Warehouse Shipping Clerk

CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring a Shipping Clerk in Fall River, MA! The Shipping Clerk is responsible for preparing, processing, and documenting outgoing shipments, maintaining records, and helping ensure orders are shipped accurately, on time, and in compliance with company standards

Responsibilities:

Prepare and process outbound shipments, including packing, labeling, staging, and loading outgoing product. Verify product against customer orders to confirm accuracy and completeness. Create and maintain all required shipping paperwork (e.g., packing lists, bills of lading, carrier documentation). Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts where applicable). Communicate with carriers (FedEx, UPS, LTL freight, etc.) as needed to schedule pickups and resolve issues. Maintain clean, organized shipping areas and follow all safety procedures. Track, record, and report shipment status to internal teams for customer service and production planning. Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts associated with shipping stock.

Desired Background/Skills:

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience. Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred. Basic computer skills; familiarity with shipping software (e.g., UPS/FedEx systems) a needed) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be active on your feet for most of the shift. Ability to operate a Forklift as needed Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
