Manufacturing Blending Operator

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Blender Operator candidates in Salisbury, MD. Join our manufacturing partner’s production team, mixing materials (inks and resins) that become the foundation for printed products. You’ll blend raw ingredients, load mixers, and support continuous production of sheet materials.

Responsibilities:

Dump and mix 55 lb. bags of resin, colorants, and additives into industrial blenders using recipes to specification. Monitor mix cycles, temperature, and batch quality. Track usage and inventory data in production SAP software. Stage materials and move gaylords/drums using a sit-down forklift (training provided). Clean equipment and work areas; wear assigned protective gear. Work closely with Mill, Scheduling, and Quality teams.

Desired Background/Skills:

Prior manufacturing or production/fabrication experience. Able to stand/walk for most of a 12-hour shift, and work in warm, indoor plant conditions. Comfortable wearing PPE and working around inks/resins. Sit-down forklift experience preferred; training available. Dependable, detail-minded, and motivated by overtime pay. HS diploma/GED or 1 year of related manufacturing experience, or a combination of experience and education. Ability to read and interpret documents, recipes, and procedure manuals. Flexibility in schedule to work Overtime to include weekends and second shift for coverage support.
