Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician – PCB Manufacturing (2nd Shift) Charlestown, NH | Direct Hire We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to support a growing PCB manufacturing company near Charlestown, NH. This is a direct-hire 2nd shift role focused on maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and process systems on PCB manufacturing equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime Identify root causes of equipment issues and implement corrective actions Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements Interpret schematics, manuals, and PLC/HMI interfaces Document maintenance activities in the maintenance system Follow all safety policies, including lockout/tagout and OSHA requirements

Desired Background/Skills:

3–6+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with PLCs, motors, drives, instrumentation, and electrical prints Ability to work independently on 2nd shift Technical degree or trade certification preferred PCB manufacturing experience strongly preferred
