CAM Technician – PCB Manufacturing (Direct Hire) Charlestown, NH | 1st Shift | $55,000–$75,000 We are seeking a detail-oriented CAM Technician to join a growing PCB manufacturing company in Charlestown, NH. This is a direct-hire, 1st shift opportunity within the Engineering team, focused on preparing and optimizing customer-supplied PCB design data to ensure smooth manufacturability and high-quality production. The CAM Technician serves as a key link between PCB design and manufacturing, ensuring customer data is accurate, complete, and aligned with internal process capabilities. This role works closely with Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Planning teams to support efficient production and strong yield performance. |

Responsibilities: Import and validate customer design data including Gerber, ODB++, drill files, and drawings Perform design rule checks (DRC) and make necessary adjustments to meet manufacturing guidelines Create and maintain manufacturing data sets, including panelization, routing, scoring, depanelization planning, and tooling strategies Support DFM reviews, identifying potential production or yield risks and recommending corrective actions Clearly document and communicate design issues or exceptions to Engineering leadership and internal teams Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth hand-offs from engineering to production |

Desired Background/Skills: 1–3 years of experience in CAM, PCB tooling, or a related technical role Experience with CAM software such as UCAM, CAM350, InCAM, GenFlex, Genesis, or similar Working knowledge of Gerber, ODB++, drill/rout data, netlists, and IPC standards Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) |
