CNC Machinist

Experienced CNC Machinists Needed! – Westfield MA – 1st & 2nd Shift
Mount Kemble Search, a division of CoWorx Staffing Services, has openings for experienced CNC Machinists for 4-Axis Haas | Mastercam and Lathe/ProtoTrak.
These roles are with one of our top clients in Westfield, MA. The positions are direct hire placements, F/T roles, 1st or 2nd shift (10% differential) $35–$40 per hour.

• 1st shift Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm or 3:00 – 11:30 + differential
• Flexible hours can be discussed
• Overtime and weekend hours available and required as needed
• Opportunity for travel to serve customers onsite

We are looking for a self-sufficient machinist who can take a job from print to finished part with minimal supervision while maintaining tight tolerances and high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Programming, setting up, and operating 4-axis Haas CNC mills using Mastercam
• Set up and operate 4-axis Haas CNC milling machines

• Machining precision parts using ProtoTrac lathes, manual equipment, and CNC machinery
• Set up and operate manual and CNC machines; ProtoTrac lathes and mills
• Manual lathes and milling machines
• Bridgeport equipment

Desired Background/Skills:

• 5+ years CNC machining experience
• Ability to program and set up Haas mills (Mastercam required)
• Strong blueprint GD&T skills
• Experience with ProtoTrak or manual machining a plus
