Experienced CNC Machinists Needed! – Westfield MA – 1st & 2nd Shift Mount Kemble Search, a division of CoWorx Staffing Services, has openings for experienced CNC Machinists for 4-Axis Haas | Mastercam and Lathe/ProtoTrak. These roles are with one of our top clients in Westfield, MA. The positions are direct hire placements, F/T roles, 1st or 2nd shift (10% differential) $35–$40 per hour. 1st shift Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm or 3:00 – 11:30 + differential Flexible hours can be discussed Overtime and weekend hours available and required as needed Opportunity for travel to serve customers onsite We are looking for a self-sufficient machinist who can take a job from print to finished part with minimal supervision while maintaining tight tolerances and high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

CNC Machinist – HAAS Programming, setting up, and operating 4-axis Haas CNC mills using Mastercam Set up and operate 4-axis Haas CNC milling machines CNC Machinist – ProtoTrac Lathe / Manual Machining Machining precision parts using ProtoTrac lathes, manual equipment, and CNC machinery Set up and operate manual and CNC machines; ProtoTrac lathes and mills Manual lathes and milling machines Bridgeport equipment

Desired Background/Skills:

HAAS Milling Machines 5+ years of CNC machining experience Strong Mastercam programming experience (required) Hands-on experience with 4-axis Haas mills (required) Ability to independently complete full setups and prove-outs Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills Experience working to tight tolerances CNC Machinist – ProtoTrac Lathe / Manual Machining 5+ years of machinist experience in a manufacturing environment High school diploma or equivalent required (Technical certification or training a plus) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Experience setting up and operating ProtoTrac machines Mastercam experience preferred Experience with Haas and/or Doosan multi-axis machines preferred
