Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator Location: West Boylston, MA Shifts: Mon–Thurs, 6:00am – 3:30pm (until 4:30pm when available) Friday: 6:00am – 3:30pm Saturday: 6:00am – 12:00pm (1 Saturday required per month)

Responsibilities:

Maintain area organization and product flow under the supervision of the Area Lead Understand and follow all set up and shut down procedures within the Robotic and Gasket Departments Participate in failure analysis and corrective action investigations with the Area Lead and Engineer Follow and help enhance products and processes by applying continuous improvement practices within the Robotic and Gasket Department Operate a robotic machine proficiently without jeopardizing product quality Must be able to work extended hours when available, including 12-hour shifts May be required to stand for the full duration of the shift

Responsible for reaching daily production and quality goals within the Robotic and Gasket Departments Operate machinery while completing multiple tasks daily to meet or exceed departmental deadlines Properly follow all CCT production, quality, and safety procedures Adhere to Standard Work Instructions and Workmanship Standards to ensure product quality Assist in guiding technical evaluations with Engineering to improve process run rates and yields
