Job Description:

Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin

Looking for a new long term career opportunity? CoWorx has amazing direct hire Machine Operator positions available in the Green Bay, WI area! As a Machine Operator, you’ll be a key part of our production team, helping deliver high-quality products to our customers. These positions work on a 12-hour rotating shift, working 4 days on and then having 4 days off.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production equipment. Ensure product quality while meeting production goals. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Support team operations and continuous improvement efforts. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Desired Background/Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent. At least 3 years of machine operation experience. Ability to work a 12-hour rotating swing shift. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment. Strong attention to safety and teamwork.
