Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift (Injection Molding) -Sturbridge, MA (Onsite – 5 days/week), Salary Range: $80,000–$95,000 per year Mount Kemble Search Group, a division of CoWorx Staffing Services, is accepting applications for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead the Injection Molding department. This role provides first-level supervision of production teams in a regulated manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while supporting our ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality systems. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader with injection molding experience who enjoys developing teams and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise second-shift production operations in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner
- Oversee daily workforce activities including scheduling, training, performance, and engagement
- Ensure production processes meet documented quality system requirements and company procedures
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to improve workflows and implement best practices
- Troubleshoot production issues, make sound decisions, and keep operations running smoothly
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, coaching, and accountability
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
