CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Specialty Racing Machine Operator candidates in the Kennebunk, ME area. The TSD Specialty Racing Machine Operator is responsible for operating precision coating and finishing equipment used in the production of high-performance racing components. This role ensures that parts meet strict quality, performance, and safety standards while maintaining efficient workflow on the production floor.

Responsibilities:

• Operate TSD specialty racing coating and machining equipment according to established procedures.
• Inspect parts for defects, coating quality, and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals.
• Accurately document work performed, materials used, and inspection results.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to read and follow basic work instructions and production documentation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Other Information:

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
