Warehouse Associate

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Co-Pack Associate candidates in the Southborough, MA area. This position will aid in the repackaging of bulk products into retail configurations for grocery distribution, including operation of twinpack machinery in a high-volume environment. Developed versatility through cross-training in all production areas.

Responsibilities:

• Repackage bulk products into retail packaging for shipment to grocery stores.
• Operate and assist with twinpack machinery in a production environment.
• Perform general production tasks including packing, labeling, and palletizing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Cross-train in multiple areas of the production line as needed.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production environment.
• Reliable with good attendance.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in multiple job functions.

Other Information:

1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm
