Lead Shipper/Receiver

This is a 1st shift role working Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm and the pay range is $23 to $33 an hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ship and receive all goods through ERP and carrier systems
• Receive and distribute materials
• Support inventory accuracy and discrepancy resolution through routine cycle counts and accurate material handling
• Communicate shipment and receipt status to internal teams
• Follow established GMP and standard work requirements; ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained
• Notify and escalate high-volume or resource constraints to supervisor or site lead
• Troubleshoot discrepancies in shipping, receiving, and inventory
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of work based on established priorities, production schedules, customer needs, receipts and shipment deadlines
• Maintain organized work areas and proper material storage
• Follow established GMP guidelines; ensure all documentation is accurate and properly maintained
• Cross-train and backup material control, assist with cycle counting

Desired Background/Skills:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in shipping and receiving
• Advanced ERP system knowledge
• Strong understanding of shipping regulations and compliance
• Forklift experience
