Machine Operator

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Machine Operator candidates in the Bethel, CT area. Machine Operators are responsible for forming medical device components using manual labor in conjunction with various machines.

Responsibilities:

• Operate computer-based machining work centers and related equipment.
• Perform simple to medium-complexity tasks according to customer-specific process requirements and documented instructions.
• Form parts using manual labor.
• Set up and adjust equipment to the required specifications.
• Follow work instructions, complete router steps, and accurately fill out labels.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using microscopes.
• Experience using micrometers, gauges, and calipers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and speak English.
