Responsibilities:
- Assemble cable and wire harnesses according to work instructions, diagrams, and harness boards
- Cut, strip, route, bundle, and label wires to specified lengths
- Crimp or terminate wires using hand tools and fixtures
- Inspect completed assemblies to confirm quality and accuracy
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Collaborate with team members and production leads to meet daily production goals

Desired Background/Skills:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read and follow written and visual work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
- Basic math skills (measuring, counting, simple calculations)
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with hand tools such as wire cutters, crimpers, or measuring tools is a plus
