CNC Machine Operator

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking CNC Machine Operator candidates in the Franklin, NH area.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC equipment, including lathes and milling machines.
• Set up and operate CNC lathes and secondary machines to meet production targets.
• Monitor multiple CNC machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform machining tasks as directed by the Supervisor.
• Complete first-piece inspections and submit results to Quality Control.
• Maintain production records and assist operators with required paperwork.
• Train machine operators on equipment operation, inspection processes, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Prior experience setting up and operating CNC lathes.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and mentor operators.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.

Other Information:

Pay: $25–$38.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shifts: 1st Shift (6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Mon–Fri) and 2nd Shift (+5% differential)
