Automotive Tech Support

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist for a hands-on role in the automotive and mechanical equipment industry located in West Lebanon, NH. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with mechanical systems and equipment. You’ll use your mechanical aptitude and real-world experience to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure every piece of equipment is returned to peak performance.
As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll deliver high-quality technical support, walk users through troubleshooting steps, and provide clear, confident guidance. You’ll also complete hands-on diagnosis and repair work for both warranty and non-warranty service, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and professional support. This role blends mechanical problem-solving, customer interaction, and technical service expertise, making it a great fit for someone who takes pride in both craftsmanship and customer care.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding mechanical performance and equipment issues, providing clear and professional support.
• Deliver hands‑on technical guidance and troubleshooting for mechanical systems and components.
• Diagnose, service, and repair returned automotive and industrial equipment to restore full functionality.
• Accurately document all service actions, findings, and repairs while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure fast, effective, and customer‑focused solutions.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Mechanical aptitude or experience in automotive/industrial equipment repair.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Comfortability with computers.
• Reliability and willingness to learn.
