Crew Lead RH

CoWorx Staffing has immediate Bilingual Crew Lead openings with a fantastic, employee focused client in the Rural Hall, NC area! Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 6:00am – 4:00pm $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Train crew on the production line, ensuring production goals are met
• Use Work Instructions to understand job requirements and specifications, assign tasks, and train/direct temporary staff accordingly
• Set up or assist with line set‑up as needed
• Responsible for inventory control, tracking, and reconciliation of customer product
• Oversee and monitor production flow, troubleshoot issues, make adjustments, and recommend improvements
• Communicate daily operations, safety updates, and headcount as needed
• Ensure finished product meets all specifications outlined in the Work Order
• Ensure adherence to Company Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMPs)
• Understand and demonstrate safety behaviors; ensure all temporary staff comply with safety procedures
• Comply with Data Center security measures and access controls
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including operations, procurement, and technical support, to meet inventory and logistics needs
• Provide support for special projects or initiatives as directed by management
• Complete other duties as assigned, with attention to quality, safety, and efficiency

Desired Background/Skills:

• Basic math skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Attention to detail — this job requires careful focus on daily tasks at all times
• Quality control is extremely important; accuracy in count and quality is required
