Quality Assurance Inspector

CoWorx Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented QA Inspector to support our client’s Fulfillment operations. This role is critical to ensuring product quality, accuracy, and compliance with our internal standards and procedures. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and interested in building a career in Quality Assurance. Experience preferred but willing to train the right individual who shows strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspections every 30 minutes on the fulfillment side.
• Print inspection cards and labels as required.
• Verify lot number accuracy during each inspection.
• Set up and maintain QA sheets in the correct electronic folders.
• Read, follow, and verify packing specifications.
• Update and red-line packing specifications when required.
• Check and verify scale accuracy during each inspection.
• Conduct incoming inspections for inbound trucks.
• Maintain weekly supply inventory.
• Manage and track label and ink inventory.

Desired Background/Skills:

• English proficiency required, including reading, writing, and communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written specifications and procedures.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
• Interest in Quality Assurance with a willingness to learn company standards.
• Prior QA or inspection experience is a plus.

Other Information:

Shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday-Thursday
Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
