Part-time Admin/Customer Service Representative

CoWorx Staffing is seeking a reliable, motivated team member to support our client’s HR and Customer Service departments.
This position is ideal for someone with strong work ethic, solid communication skills, and the ability to learn new computer systems quickly. Experience in customer service within a manufacturing environment is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily customer inquiries
• Provide order updates, documentation, and general support
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve customer needs
• Scan, file, and organize HR documents
• Complete light administrative tasks as needed
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks to keep operations running smoothly

Desired Background/Skills:

• Strong work ethic and dependable performance
• Quick learner with the ability to pick up new computer systems
• Customer service experience; manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Professional communication skills and attention to detail
• Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to help wherever needed

Other Information:

• Schedule: 25 hours per week
• Pay: $25/hour
• Location: On‑site
• Potential for full‑time in the future
