Ready to Lead and Make an Impact? CoWorx currently has an exciting career opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join the Decatur, GA team. This position is an in-person role 6AM-PM, Monday-Friday, with additional hours as needed.
We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team in Decatur, GA. This on-site role will lead and manage the temporary workforce at our client’s location, ensuring top performance, compliance, and a positive experience for both the client and employees. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate onsite workforce to meet client expectations
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure recruitment strategies meet headcount needs for all shifts
• Manage site-specific reporting, payroll deadlines, and compliance
• Drive improvements in cycle time, employee engagement, and retention

Desired Background/Skills:

• 3–5 years staffing industry experience (degree preferred)
• Prior supervisory/management experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing contingent employees and working onsite with clients
• Ability to work autonomously and solve service gaps
