Job Description:

Location: Bolingbrook, Illinois

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Assembler candidates in the Bolingbrook, IL area. We are seeking energetic, motivated, and reliable Warehouse Workers for immediate openings on all shifts. You will be responsible for providing warehouse support including picking, packing, assembly, sorting, verification, clerks, shipping, and receiving, quality control to meet the facility’s productivity and quality goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Pull merchandise from warehouse stock bins and shelves.
  • Record selected merchandise in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Package merchandise for shipment in boxes or on pallets.
  • Ensure correct and complete labels are attached to all processed orders.
  • Replenish inventory stock in assigned areas as required.
  • Perform various assembly line tasks, including assembling products, opening cartons, placing products on tables, applying labels, packing products, and taping boxes.
  • Wrap and/or band pallets, tag pallets, and move pallets to designated areas for removal.
  • Assist line leaders as needed.
  • Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned; responsibilities may vary based on facility needs.

Desired Background/Skills:

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management and fellow employees.
  • Positive attitude; previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
  • No high school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for 8–12 hours.
  • Availability for overtime and weekend work as needed.

6am-2pm
$16/hr
