Warehouse Associate

CoWorx is seeking Warehouse Associates in the Norfolk, MA area!
This role focuses on order preparation, product handling, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.
Forklift operation is not required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment
• Load and unload furniture and inventory manually
• Verify order accuracy and inspect products for damage
• Label, wrap, and stage orders for outbound shipping
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workspace
• Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

Desired Background/Skills:

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• No forklift experience required
