Project Manager

CoWorx is partnering with a highly respected organization in the mechanical/HVAC space to identify a Project Manager to join their growing team in the Randolph, MA area!

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple HVAC-related projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. This role requires strong client interaction, cross-functional coordination, and proactive risk management. Compensation: $85,000 – $135,000 + competitive benefits

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including both office coordination and on-site engagement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, participating in virtual and in-person meetings
• Represent the organization in all internal and external coordination efforts
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet customer expectations
• Monitor and enforce Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) standards and regulatory compliance
• Provide regular, timely updates to clients, internal leadership, and project teams
• Identify and proactively mitigate project risks
• Manage project changes effectively while maintaining overall project goals and outcomes

Desired Background/Skills:

• 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally within HVAC or mechanical construction
• Experience with Procore is a plus
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage project changes without impacting overall objectives
