Electro- Mechanical Technician

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Electro-Mechanical Technician candidates in the Lebanon, PA area. The successful candidate will assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated systems and equipment. (Must be very hands-on)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and setup of automated machinery and control systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on automation equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues in automated systems.
• Document maintenance activities and system performance.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Demonstrate proficiency working with 480-volt 3-phase systems and applicable control voltages.
• Make changes to control wiring and PLC programming, including maintaining backups and updating electrical prints.
• Perform or assist with additional electrical or mechanical maintenance duties as required.
• Participate in the on-call rotation schedule.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Associate degree or certification in Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Intermediate understanding of PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Availability to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support, with additional compensation provided.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Computer literacy, including experience working within a Microsoft-based environment.

Other Information:

Schedule: 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11 PM) and 3rd shift (10 PM – 6:30 AM).
Compensation: Paid Weekly – hourly rate based on experience. (To be discussed on the call)
