Job Description:

Location: Rural Hall, North Carolina

CoWorx Staffing has immediate Bilingual Crew Lead openings with a fantastic, employee-focused client in the Rural Hall, NC area!

Responsibilities:

  • Train crew on the production line to ensure production goals are achieved.
  • Use Work Instructions to understand job requirements, assign tasks, and train or direct temporary staff.
  • Set up or assist with production line setup as needed.
  • Manage inventory control, including tracking and reconciliation of customer product.
  • Oversee and monitor production flow, troubleshoot issues, make adjustments, and recommend improvements.
  • Communicate daily operations updates, safety information, and staffing levels as needed.
  • Ensure finished products meet all specifications outlined in the Work Order.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Demonstrate and enforce safety behaviors, ensuring all staff follow safety procedures.
  • Comply with Data Center security measures and access control requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Procurement, and Technical Support, to meet inventory and logistics needs.
  • Provide support for special projects or initiatives as directed by management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned while maintaining focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Desired Background/Skills:

  • Resume required.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain careful focus on daily tasks.
  • Commitment to quality control, ensuring accuracy in counts and product quality.

Other Information:

Shift: 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 4:15pm – 2:15am $16.50 per hour.
