Production Supervisor

CoWorx is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor in the Braintree, MA area.
Shift: $90K–$95K + 10% Bonus (flexibility for top talent)
We’re partnering with a well-established, fast-paced food/seafood manufacturing company to find a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead 1st shift operations.
If you thrive on the production floor, enjoy leading large teams, and know how to drive efficiency without compromising quality or safety—this could be a great fit!

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production operations (cutting, portioning, packaging, etc.)
• Supervise and develop a team of 70–100 associates
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and product quality
• Run shift start-up meetings and set clear expectations
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
• Partner with QA, Planning, and Shipping teams to keep operations moving
• Identify and implement process improvements

Desired Background/Skills:

• 3+ years of production leadership experience (food manufacturing or fish industry high preferred)
• Worked in Production and has experience managing large teams in a high-volume environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety (GMP, HACCP, FSMA)
• Hands-on leadership style – this is not a desk role
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Candidates with a strong production management background highly preferred
