CoWorx is seeking Electronics Assemblers (1st Shift) in the Bourne, MA
Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 7 AM – 4 PM & Friday: 7 AM – 1 PM
Pay: $18/hr.+ based on experience

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join our team! In this hands-on role, you’ll assemble electronic components using clear instructions and specifications. Responsibilities:

• Assemble electronic components following manufacturing instructions and product specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools as needed.
• Perform work with a focus on quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Utilize basic computer skills for job-related tasks.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others.
• Dependable and motivated work ethic.
• 1-3 years of assembly experience.
• Soldering experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic components or assembly processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs throughout the shift.
