Location: Carlisle, Pennsylvania

CoWorx is seeking Press Brake Operators in the Carlisle, PA area!
This role is responsible for the set up and operation of our press brake, forming various sizes & shapes of metal parts utilized within trailer production.
Pay rate is flexible depending on past experience*

Responsibilities:
- Set the correct tooling and dimensions to form parts, in accordance with the blueprint
- Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of these machines to supply precise dimensioned parts
- Responsible for daily and routine maintenance, along with routine cleaning of the machine
- Safely and proficiently operate a crane, to assist with the lifting of heavy parts
- The ability to communicate clearly and interact with Production employees, Supervisors, Engineers, and Management, in both a written and verbal manner
- Time management skills with the proven ability to meet production deadlines

Desired Background/Skills:

HS Diploma or equivalent GED
Forklift Operator experience/certification
Overhead crane experience/certification
Aerial lift experience/certification
Able to read blueprints
Ability to convert decimals into fractions of an inch
Must be proficient with reading a tape measure
A thorough understanding of the various degrees of angles
Available for overtime
Works well as a member of the production team
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Attentiveness to the details of the work in process; asks appropriate questions related to the work and identifies and communicates concerns with the product or process
