Assembly Technician

CoWorx is seeking 2nd Shift Assembly Technician in the Carlisle, PA area!
Shift: 2nd shift (4 – 10 hour shifts) 2:30pm -Midnight Pay rate is flexible depending on past experience*

Responsibilities:

• Attentiveness to the details of the work in process; asks appropriate questions related to the work and identifies and communicates concerns with the product or process.
• Proficiency and quality of work; keeping rework to a minimum.
• Communicate clearly and interact with Production employees, Supervisors, Engineers, and Management, in both a written and verbal manner.
• Available for overtime.
• Work well as a member of the production team.
• Assist with clean-up, to maintain a clean and organized work area and department.
• Occasional travel as necessary to other offices or yard locations, trainings, and offsite meetings.
• Additional customer-related travel may also be required to visit customer facilities or to address trailer servicing needs.

Desired Background/Skills:

• HS Diploma or equivalent GED
• Forklift Operator experience/certification
• Overhead crane experience/certification
• Aerial lift experience/certification
• Mechanical skills/background
• Experience with Blueprint reading
