Responsibilities:

In this role, you will perform general warehouse duties as directed by supervision. Receives, unpacks, checks, and stores merchandise or materials. He/She will fill requisitions and orders..

• Pack, crate, and ship products and materials to distribution centers, departments, or assembly lines.
• Load and unload goods and supplies while ensuring proper handling.
• Receive merchandise and supplies, verifying accuracy of incoming shipments.
• Unpack, sort, and stock inbound receipts.
• Ensure proper packing, labeling, and tagging of warehouse inventory.
• Pick and pack dealer orders according to established guidelines and departmental quotas.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain daily inventory logs.
• Maintain warehouse quality standards and report damaged inventory to supervisors.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of inventory and work areas.
• Follow carrier requirements for packaging and shipping.
• Operate a forklift as required.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and Kaizen/5S warehouse practices.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to perform physical work.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent certification required.
• Basic knowledge of operating and using warehouse machinery and equipment.
• Ability to operate industrial vehicles.
• Basic PC skills required.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and perform movements such as stooping, bending, reaching, twisting, and turning.
• Ability to stand for 10 hours or more.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
