Production Control Supervisor

Location: Newington, New Hampshire

CoWorx is seeking a Production Control Supervisor in the Newington, NH area!
Shift: 1st Shift
The Production Control Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily execution of production planning and quality analysis activities to ensure manufacturing operations meet customer delivery commitments while optimizing capacity and schedule adherence.
This role serves as a key liaison between planning, manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering, translating customer demand and project requirements into actionable production schedules and forecasts.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and execution of detailed production schedules aligned with customer requirements, capacity, and material availability
  • Monitor schedule adherence, work-in-process (WIP), and critical path activities; identify risks and drive mitigation plans
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of planning data within ERP and shop floor systems
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Production Planners and Quality Analysis Technicians
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Establish and track KPIs such as schedule adherence, throughput, and planning stability
  • Identify systemic issues and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production flow and execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams

Desired Background/Skills:

  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience with direct responsibility for coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle E-Business Suite preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
