Production Worker

CoWorx is looking for Production Workers, someone to help with extracting and picking meat from cooked and chilled lobsters in a fast-paced production environment in a fast paced food manufactures, in the Milford, MA area.
Spanish and Portuguese speakers welcome!

Responsibilities:

• Pack and label lobster meat according to company standards
• Inspect products to ensure quality, accuracy, and freshness
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Keep up with production in a fast-paced environment

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
• Comfortable handling seafood and shellfish
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable attendance and ability to meet production demands
