CoWorx is hiring an Assembly Operator II to join a growing medical device manufacturing team in a clean, organized environment in the Rochester, NH area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, following clear processes, and building consistency and skill over time. You’ll play a key role in assembling high-quality medical products while working alongside a supportive team.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble medical devices following detailed instructions and procedures
- Perform a variety of hands-on tasks such as cutting, crimping, soldering, and inspection
- Set up, change over, and support production lines as needed
- Inspect products throughout the process to ensure quality standards are met
- Complete required documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support team members and help train entry-level operators when needed

Desired Background/Skills:
- 1–2+ years of electro-mechanical or manufacturing assembly experience
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow written instructions and detailed processes
- Basic math skills (counting, measuring with a ruler)
- Team-oriented with a reliable and positive work ethic
- Repetitive, hands-on work with attention to detail
- Standing for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
