Assembly Operator II

CoWorx is hiring an Assembly Operator II to join a growing medical device manufacturing team in a clean, organized environment in the Rochester, NH area.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, following clear processes, and building consistency and skill over time.
You’ll play a key role in assembling high-quality medical products while working alongside a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble medical devices following detailed instructions and procedures
• Perform a variety of hands-on tasks such as cutting, crimping, soldering, and inspection
• Set up, change over, and support production lines as needed
• Inspect products throughout the process to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete required documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Support team members and help train entry-level operators when needed

Desired Background/Skills:

• 1–2+ years of electro-mechanical or manufacturing assembly experience
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow written instructions and detailed processes
• Basic math skills (counting, measuring with a ruler)
• Team-oriented with a reliable and positive work ethic
• Repetitive, hands-on work with attention to detail
• Standing for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
