Partial Batching Operator

CoWorx is has Partial Batching Operator openings in the Hogansville, GA area! We are looking for reliable candidates who are looking for a career, not just a job.
The Partial Batching Operator is responsible for the operation of the partial bag batching area while maintaining optimal levels of production and ensuring quality standards are met accordingly.
This position will be lifting bags of product consistently and use scales to weigh the product.br] Shift: Monday through Thursday 7am-5:30 pm. Some Fridays will be needed depending on production

Responsibilities:

• Batching Operator is responsible for batching the partials for the formula using the QA Data Sheets.
• Responsible for obtaining & understanding the current Production Schedule from the Production Supervisor.
• Ensures each bag is properly sealed and labeled correctly.
• Ensures the correct lot numbers are recorded on the Formula Whole Bag Sheet.
• Responsible for the Housekeeping of the assigned work area.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
• Comply with Federal and State Safety Regulations and policies.
• The employee is required to comply with GMP standards.
• The employee is required to follow all safety rules & regulations.
• Ensure schedules and recordkeeping are followed.
• Training required includes: GMPs, Allergen Control Program, Metal Detector (CCP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure (SSOP’s).

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience in Food Service Industry preferred.
• Proven ability to read and interpret documents such as standard operating procedure and policies and safety rules.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proven ability to apply mathematical concepts and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Proven ability to manage and complete tasks on time.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Pay attention to details.
• Flexible with shifts
