Bilingual Crew Lead Wknd

CoWorx Staffing has immediate Bilingual Crew Lead openings with a fantastic, employee-focused client in the Rural Hall, NC area!
Shift: 1st Shift Weekend 6:00am – 6:00pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Train crew on the production line to ensure production goals are met.
• Use work orders to understand job requirements and specifications, assign tasks, and train or direct temporary staff.
• Set up or assist with production line setup as needed.
• Manage inventory control, including tracking and reconciliation of customer product.
• Oversee and monitor production flow, troubleshoot issues, make adjustments, and implement improvements.
• Communicate daily operations updates, safety information, and staffing levels as needed.
• Ensure finished products meet all specifications outlined in the work order.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Demonstrate and enforce safety behaviors, ensuring all staff comply with safety procedures.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Resume required.
• Basic math skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain careful focus on daily tasks.
• Commitment to quality control, ensuring accuracy in counts and product quality.
