Inventory Control Specialist

CoWorx is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist in the Lawrence, MA area!
This position will maintain accurate inventory records and ensure materials are properly received, stored, and distributed.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP and inventory management systems
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory audits
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and components
• Coordinate with Shipping, Receiving, Purchasing, and Production teams to ensure material availability
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs
• Organize warehouse and storage areas to maximize efficiency and accuracy
• Prepare and package materials for internal distribution or shipment when needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with inventory control, warehouse operations, or material handling preferred
• Proficiency with ERP systems and basic computer applications
• Experience with Excel, NetSuite, and Google Workspace strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
