Manufacturing Operator

CoWorx is seeking a motivated and versatile Manufacturing Operator to join our production team in Dover, NH.
In this role, you will perform a variety of production tasks including bonding, assembly, filling, packing, and inspection in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality products while meeting production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Perform bonding, assembly, filling, packing, and inspection of products in accordance with established procedures
• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment to ensure efficiency and product quality
• Monitor machines to ensure they run smoothly, at capacity, and produce high-quality output
• Adjust machine settings as needed to meet specifications and production timelines
• Inspect products throughout the process to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Identify and communicate any quality or production issues and escalate as needed
• Maintain accurate production and time documentation
• Package and label finished products properly
• Ensure material and product traceability throughout the production process
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and priorities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotas
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Reliable attendance is essential
