Production Worker

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Production and Warehouse Associates in the Milford, MA area. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production and Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced food processing environment. This role combines duties with order picking, packing, and general warehouse responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Extract and pick products from inventory.
• Pack and label products according to company standards.
• Ensure product quality, accuracy, and compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Pick and pack orders for shipment.
• Assemble boxes and packaging kits.
• Stock inventory and organize shelves.
• Load and unload materials and finished products.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods of time.
• Comfortable handling seafood.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Work Environment

• Work in a cold storage and processing environment.
• Operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Direct handling of seafood is required.

SCHEDULE
Monday – Friday 1st shift (6 / 8AM – 4:30PM)
PAY
$17.00 -19.00 per hour
