Warehouse Coordinator

CoWorx is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the accurate storage, shipping, receiving, issuing, cycle counting, and returns of products in both frozen and dry warehouse environments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments daily. This position is located in Portsmouth, NH.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate forklifts (must be able to pass certification training)
• Unload inbound shipments and place materials in designated storage or production areas
• Pick and prepare orders, ensuring accuracy of product quantity, description, and lot numbers
• Fulfill work orders according to the manufacturing schedule
• Inspect and verify freight for accuracy and damage
• Perform daily cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Load, unload, move, stage, and stack products and materials as needed

Desired Background/Skills:

• Experience operating a forklift
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control systems
• Ability to use WMS/RF systems effectively for daily tasks
• Strong organizational and basic math skills
• Ability to maintain an accurate and orderly warehouse and shipping/receiving area
• Ability to work in cold storage environments (24°F to -10°F)
