Job Description:
Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire

CoWorx has immediate openings for all shifts in assembly in the Lebanon, NH area.
These positions range from entry level to skilled.
Pay depends on shift and experience.
These positions offer a good work environment, clean facilities, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:
Follow and interpret safety guidelines, work instructions, diagrams, and production documentation to perform assembly tasks accurately.
Use basic measurement tools and visual inspection methods to verify part quality and alignment.
Operate hand tools and small assembly equipment as required for the job.
Comply with all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment at all times.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area, and care for tools and equipment according to established procedures.
Report any equipment issues, defects, or production concerns to supervisors promptly.
Support lean manufacturing practices and contribute ideas for improving workflow, quality, and efficiency.
Cross-train and assist in other production areas as needed to support team goals.

Desired Background/Skills:
- Experience preferred, entry level opportunities are available
- Must be able to pass requirements which can include drug screen and background
- Must be able to remain on your feet for your shift
- Steady work history required
