General Labor

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking General Labor candidates in the Buckeye, AZ area.

Responsibilities:

• Manually unload containers and palletize products.
• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring correct quantities and product types; measure, weigh, and count materials as needed.
• Manually pack orders for shipment via parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on required forms and systems.
• Apply accurate shipping and tracking labels to boxes and pallets.
• Mark and label shipments in compliance with DOT, IATA, and IMDG regulations.
• Report missing items or quality discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Inspect containers, materials, and products to confirm packaging specifications are met.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Minimum of one year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
