Production Support Technician

CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring 1st shift Production Support Technicians in the Carlisle, PA area.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing our parts for distribution to our outsourcing facilities
• Loading and unloading materials for outsourcing partners
• Accurately documenting production information as necessary
• Assisting in inventory management and notifying the appropriate personnel of any shortages or damages of cut mechanical parts
• Use company vehicles; to deliver and or pick up products going to and from customers and outsourcing partners and our facility
• Collaborating with other team members to meet production scheduling
• Assisting in setting up and operating machinery in line with safety protocols
• Keeping the working area organized, safe, and clean

Desired Background/Skills:

• Attentiveness to the details of the work in process; asks appropriate questions related to the work and identifies and communicates concerns with the product or process.
• Proficiency with industrial forklifts and cranes.
• The ability to communicate clearly and interact with Production employees, Supervisors, Engineers, and Management, in both a written and verbal manner.
• Time management skills with the proven ability to meet production deadlines.
• Available for overtime.
