Warehouse Associate

CoWorx Staffing Services has immediate openings for Warehouse Associates with Yamaha Motorsports in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload goods and supplies and ensure proper handling.
• Receive merchandise and supplies while verifying accuracy. Unpack, sort, and stock.
• Ensure proper packing, labeling, and tagging of the inventory in the warehouse. Pick/pack dealer orders according to set guidelines and departmental quotas.
• Conduct cycle-counts of inventory and manage daily log registers. Maintain quality in the warehouse while tracking damaged inventory.
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory in the work areas.
• Know basic guidelines of carrier requirements for packaging and shipping.
• Work in adherence to all safety regulations and Kaizen/5S practices of the warehouse.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Use of hand-held scanner, wireless radio frequency scanning equipment/system to read orders.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and general equipment.
• Previous forklift experience preferred but not required (will train and certify on site).
• Must be able to work independently, as well as in a group.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Good attitude and attendance!

• 1st shift: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday with possible over time
