Manufacturing Associate

CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring Manufacturing Associates in Webster, MA., Millbury, MA., Worcester, MA. and Woodstock, CT.!
We currently have openings for Warehouse Associates, Machine Operators, Fabric Cutters, and General Manufacturing Laborer roles.
1st and 2nd shift opportunities available, pay ranging from $17.50-$19.25/hr.

Great opportunity to get into the bedding and fabricated foam industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble bedding components, such as mattresses, pillows, and mattress toppers.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks, such as aligning foam layers, socking, covering and flipping mattresses, toppers, or pillows.
• Prepare products for shipment, including wrapping, boxing, labeling, palletizing and weighing.
• Transport raw material or finished product using a pallet jack or transport cart.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
• Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following the 5S guidelines.
• Participate in general cleaning tasks, including all machines and components.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous manufacturing experience helpful, but not required for all positions.
• Some positions required strong math and measurement skills.
• Some positions requiring sewing experience.
