Manufacturing and Production Associates

CoWorx Staffing Services is currently hiring for multiple manufacturing, production, warehouse, and quality positions in our Sturbridge and Southbridge facilities. If you are looking for a hands-on role with a growing company, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform assembly, finishing, molding, grinding, and utility functions as assigned to support production requirements.
• Conduct quality inspections and verify products meet established specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Support warehouse and inventory activities as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies, quality procedures, and operational guidelines.

Desired Background/Skills:

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, machine operation, or quality control preferred.i]
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic required.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
