Responsibilities:
- Operate surface grinders to slice grinding stones to desired precision sizes based on engineered specifications and tolerances
- Perform back-stop and side-stop setups, and select and mount tools based on job requirements
- Measure parts using precision tools (micrometers and digital calipers) to ensure parts meet dimensional specification
- Utilize company ERP system to log time and materials of work performed
- Maintain a safe and clean workstation
- Follow written instructions to mark, package, and label products
- Transfer heated products between equipment using supplied PPE

Desired Background/Skills:
- HS diploma
- Basic computers
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Previous experience operating industrial equipment
- Able to lift 50 lbs

Other Information:
Compensation / Training information: 3rd Shift (after training one week on first shift and then working 60-90 days on 2nd shift) +$2.50 during 2nd shift and + $4 (total) when on 3rd
