Receiving Clerk

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk in the Biddeford, ME area with international experience to support receiving, inventory control, and hazardous materials compliance. This role ensures accurate documentation, safe handling of materials, and efficient support for manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Follow documented procedures and work instructions.
• Unload, unpack, and inspect inbound shipments from vendors and customers.
• Verify all required documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Record and track information within the company ERP system and issue notifications as needed.
• Route materials to the appropriate departments or inventory locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
• Support manufacturing operations by supplying required materials and inventory.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Understanding of safety requirements and emergency procedures.
• Knowledge of basic chemical properties and reactions within the work area.
• Ability to handle and process hazardous waste as required.
• Completion of hazardous waste training required.
• Prior international receiving experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Shift : 7AM to 3:30PM
